However, certain information may be necessary for SugarFix to provide particular services.

Where photographs or other evidence include identifiable individuals, SugarFix will handle that information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

SugarFix will not use customer photographs for unrelated promotional purposes without appropriate permission where required.

14. COOKIES AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

If SugarFix operates a website, the website may collect limited technical information such as:
