We're here when you need us.

We know that when you're hosting a party, the last thing you want is to be stuck trying to work out why a piece of equipment isn't behaving the way it should.

If you experience a problem with SugarFix equipment during your hire, call us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to diagnose the issue and help you get things back on track.

How Party Rescue works

1. Call SugarFix. Let us know what is happening and which piece of equipment is affected.
2. We'll help diagnose the problem. We may talk you through checks, settings, connections or simple troubleshooting steps.
3. If needed, we'll attend. Where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved remotely and attendance is practical, SugarFix may attend to help diagnose and fix the problem.
4. We'll work toward a practical solution. Our focus is getting your hire operating again and minimising disruption to your event.

What we ask from you

Please contact us promptly if you notice an issue. Continuing to operate equipment that appears faulty, damaged or unsafe may make the problem worse.

Follow any troubleshooting or operating instructions we provide, and do not attempt unauthorised repairs or modifications.

What Party Rescue covers

Party Rescue is intended to support customers when there is a genuine problem with SugarFix equipment during the hire period. It is primarily a customer support and assistance commitment, rather than a guarantee that every equipment issue can be repaired immediately or that attendance will always be possible.

Where an issue is caused by customer misuse, negligence, damage, unauthorised modification or another matter for which the customer is responsible under the SugarFix Terms & Conditions, any resulting costs or responsibilities remain subject to those Terms & Conditions.

Our goal

Your party should be about enjoying the event, not troubleshooting equipment. If something isn't working as expected, call SugarFix and give us the opportunity to help.
